LIMITED FREELAP INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEE
• Freelap SA issues a limited international guarantee for Freelap products.
• Freelap SA guarantees the original consumer/purchaser of the Freelap product that the product will be free from defects in material or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase, with the exception of wristbands made of silicone or plastic, which are subject to a guarantee period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
• The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear of the battery, or other normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents or non-compliance with the precautions; improper maintenance, commercial use, cracked, broken or scratched cases/displays, textile armband or textile or leather wristband, elastic strap (e.g. heart rate sensor chest strap) and Freelap apparel.
• The guarantee does also not cover any damage/s, losses, costs or expenses, direct, indirect or incidental, consequential or special, arising out of, or related to the product.
• Guarantee does not cover products which have been purchased second hand.
• During the guarantee period, the product will be either repaired or replaced at any authorized Freelap Central Service regardless of the country of purchase.
• Guarantee issued by Freelap SA does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable national or state laws in force, or the consumer’s rights against the dealer arising from their sales/purchase contract.
• You should keep the receipt as a proof of purchase!
• Guarantee with respect to any product will be limited to countries where the product has been initially marketed by Freelap SA.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Freelapaustralia.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Freelapaustralia.com.au.

14 Day Product Trial
Freelap Australia offer a 14 day trial of our products. One you receive your product you can use the timing system for 14 days. If you are not fully satisfied with the product simply return it and we will issue a full refund.
Why do we do this?
1) We are confident with the accuracy and reliability of our product.
2) We want you to have the best experience with your purchase and we are sure you will love the Freelap Timing system.
Product needs to be returned in good condition and sent back at a maximum of 14 days after you receive the product.
Free Express Delivery
Freelap Australia offer free express delivery on all Australian deliveries.
Why?
We know you are excited about your purchase and we want you to have it as soon as possible.
Please note during Covid lockdowns some deliveries may take longer than usual however express delivery is still the fastest way to receive your goods.
